Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
Working under the general direction of the area supervisor, the Clerk III performs reception and other clerical duties for CV Lab. The individual will be required to assist with obtaining and maintaining all records associated with appointments and will work closely with other areas within the department. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities. Demonstrated strong communication skills in a multi professional team environment. Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills. Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement and attention to detail/accuracy. Demonstrated accountability for own professional practice. Ability to develop a respectful environment, professional relationships with patients/families and all members of the inter-professional team.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficient in using a computer, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint This position includes the following physical requirements: Pushing/Pulling motion with opening and closing file drawers. Periods of sitting, standing and walking may be required. Crouching and reaching to retrieve charts. Continuous computer and phone usage.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a hospital environment is preferred. Post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.
