Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Alberta Heart & Stroke Level C for Health Care Provider. One year recent experience in an equivalent position or recent experience as a working leader. Strong organizational and leadership skills and should include a demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to build confidence in others. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to collaborate within the expectations of an integrated team. Must be able to read, write and understand English well. Ability to demonstrate communications skills that promote respect and a positive team environment. Effective teamwork, conflict resolution, change and resource management skills are essential, incumbent should have effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Computer skills including intermediate experience in Microsoft Outlook, Office and email.
Preferred Qualifications:WHMIS certification. A minimum of three years working as a Service Worker in the surgical suites. Completion of Post secondary education is an asset.
