Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent training and experience. 2+ Years experience as an MS Teams Administrator.
Additional Required Qualifications:
A degree or diploma from a recognized institution in a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 3+ years’ experience with enterprise deployments of Microsoft Skype for Business/Teams or other Telecom platforms. Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Experience working with and supporting/integrating Office 365 in a large enterprise or healthcare environment. Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in large Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams deployments in healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational & planning skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. The ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and adapt to change under minimal supervision. Intermediate PowerShell scripting preferred. Any telephony experience and/or ITIL Foundations Certification would be an asset. Previous leadership experience in a large organization would be an asset.
