Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and/or quality improvement in a health care setting. Undergraduate degree in a related filed (e.g. computer science, statistics, public health, epidemiology etc.). Operational experience with analytical software tools frequently used by Alberta Health Services (e.g. Oracle, Tableau, SQL etc.) and statistical applications. Experience with project management and leading professional teams. Strong communication skillset, both technical and interpersonal. High capacity for self-direction and enthusiastic engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field. Completed or working towards completion of certification in Connect Care/Epic analytic tools.
