Required Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse Active registration in good standing with the CLPNA Minimum 5 years of LPN experience. Preferrable within Continuing Care environments. Familiar with computer applications, Connect Care facility living Nurse, RMS, ESP, outlook, TEAMS


Additional Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Performance management and supervisory skills and experience an asset Ability to problem solve, prioritize and organize work effectively with minimum supervision Effective communication and mentoring skills in a team environment Knowledge of nursing standards and practice Ability to actively participate in collaborative approaches to meeting resident care needs
