Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required, Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a Clinical specialty preferred. 1-2 years of recent management experience is required, preferably in a community based care setting. 1-2 years of leadership experience is required. Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are required. Proven record of strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate with a variety of internal and enteral stakeholders is necessary. Knowledge of change management and conflict resolution frameworks are necessary. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to coach and mentor is required. Proven decision making abilities are required. Continuous learning is critical to keep pace with environmental and operational changes. Physical ability to perform job functions is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge related to Palliative Care clinical practices is preferred.
