Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Nutrition and Food Service Management or Food & Beverage Management. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Food Services management role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Proven organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills, and a demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development are required. The successful candidate will also possess leadership experience in a food service-based industry involving hiring, scheduling, and directing work of assigned employees. Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheet programs and email is also required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare and supervisory experience in a unionized working environment is preferred. ORACLE, e-People, Connect Care and Sysco experience a strong asset. Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
