Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following: Minimum of (7) years' experience within the last ten (10) years as a Senior Business Analyst in a PeopleSoft and/or HRMS environment preferably in a Shared Services environment. University Degree in Business, Human Resource or combination of related experience/education. Experience with a Recruitment Management System (Taleo) is preferred with ability to provide configuration, integration, application and troubleshooting support of the system. Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Modules including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Payroll for North. America, Self Service as well as integration knowledge. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with executive-level management on a regular basis. Experience working independently with end users in a production support environment. Able to learn new HCM concepts, work independently to meet deadlines and demonstrates strong problem solving. Ability to lead and guide other Business Analysts during Solution analysis and design. Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving, decision making and critical thinking.

Developing functional, application and process strategies, solutions and plans. Developing test strategies, planning and executing test phases. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to multi task and adjust priorities where needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a large, complex, and unionized organization is an asset.
