Master’s Degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, or an equivalent field, with 5 years of applicable experience. 3-5 years' experience with health administrative databases. Proficiency in SQL (MS, Oracle), Python, R or similar database management or statistical tools. Proven expertise in statistical analysis of complex and large datasets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Proven experience with change management within a professional setting.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three years managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and capability to quickly learn new software packages. Strong organizational skills and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years' experience presenting technical information through dashboards. AI and machine learning experience would be considered an asset.
