Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related area. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in a unionized environment. Proven ability to interpret legislation/collective agreements/policy/arbitration decisions and use same to inform practical recommendations suited to the circumstances. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Developed coaching skills, and ability to translate body of knowledge, methodologies, and processes for client’s quick understanding and use. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change.


Preferred Qualifications:

CPHR or other recognized designation. 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources in a unionized environment. Focused Labour Relations experience. Previous experience in an organization of similar size and complexity. Previous experience in a healthcare environment. Experience in developing and delivering education and training is an asset.
