Experience and advanced understanding of supply chain fundamentals. SCMP, PMAC, NIGP designation and advanced understanding of procurement fundamentals; Supply chain experience; Min 5 yrs experience in a procurement leadership role in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity; Proven organizational and management skills. In-depth knowledge of practices, laws, and trade agreements in relation to Procurement; Ability to work independently & cooperatively with others and to lead, manage change mgmt initiatives; Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to AHS/CPSM vision; Display initiative, creativity and innovation in achieving results; Proficient in cost benefit analysis, quantitative & qualitative evaluation mgmt process; Ability to plan, organize, manage short & long term plans/projects and delivery customer-focused results. Leadership skills, include demonstrated ability & comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, including the ability to inspire and build confidence in others; Comprehensive written and oral communication skills; Proficient in PC based computer applications related to material mgmt (Word, Excel, Access, Visio & Oracle); Experience with enterprise business systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Oracle EBS specifically with iProcurement, Purchasing, and Inventory Management modules. Experience managing in a union environment. Experience in Healthcare setting.
