BScN or a post-secondary degree in a related field is required. Three years' experience in a Management role in a health care setting, preference will be given to Candidates with Peri-Operative or Endoscopy Management Experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills combined with the ability to motivate and promote a positive environment that is open to change, new approaches to care and the organization of services is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience of change management principles and clinical quality improvement preferred.
