Post-secondary degree preferred; however, other educational backgrounds combined with relative work experience may be considered. Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience leading project teams. Knowledge and experience using project management principles, tools and methodologies. Broad knowledge of continuing care health services and congregate living settings including design guidelines. Understanding the relationship between Alberta Health Services and private Contracted Providers. Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience reading blueprints and architectural plans. Understanding the basic fundamentals of contracts & legal agreements. Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to function with minimal direction. Possess a high degree of initiative, judgement & decision-making capabilities. Experience working within a dynamic, fast paced, ever changing environment.
