Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) completed certification is required. Previous payroll processing and Time & Labour experience ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity required. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. Post-secondary education related to business administration or human resources. Equivalences of education and experience demonstrated by progressively more responsible roles may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with PeopleSoft preferred. Experience in a unionized environment preferred. ESP knowledge preferred.
