Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree or equivalence of training and experience in a health-related field (e.g. social sciences, community health sciences, or health discipline). Appropriate designations and/or certifications/training in effective evaluation, research and/or knowledge management methods.

Additional Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in research and/or evaluation role within an organization of significant size and complexity. 3+ years of experience within a healthcare environment performing research and evaluation related projects. Formal training in project evaluation and/or research methods and data analysis. Knowledge and demonstrated application of business planning, and project management theories, principles and practices. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Ability to plan, organize and manage short- and long-term initiatives and projects and deliver customer-focused results. Excellent written, verbal communication and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team player. Professional experience with IEHPs and addressing their barriers to practice. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external collaborators. Comprehensive understanding of health sector integration within AHS. Experience in managing complex, multi-site evaluations.
