Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active or eligible for full registration (not provisional) with the applicable regulatory college. A minimum of 5 years' experience in providing mental health assessment and intervention, including restricted activity of psychosocial intervention.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of one of the following programs: Master's degree in Psychology. Master's degree in Social Work (clinical specialization) including education in mental health assessment and psychotherapy and who have Psychosocial Intervention Authorization. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy including training and experience in mental health assessment and provision of psychotherapy. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with: a related Master’s degree including training in mental health assessment and provision of psychotherapy or considerable experience in mental health assessment and provision of psychotherapy. Master’s preferred. Minimum of 5 – 6 years of recent experience in addictions and mental health, preferably in community setting. Knowledge and skill in mental health assessment, risk assessment, crisis intervention, treatment, brief solution focused therapy or equivalent. Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) Candidate must be able to tolerate regular repetitive hand movements, keyboarding and telephone handling. Efficient with LOCUS tool (Level of Care Utilization System).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with EPS, including experience with PACT and/or Divisional Support.
