Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in nursing and/or equivalent experience will be considered Active or eligible for registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA)

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Pediatric setting within the last 5 years. Proficiency using the following Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Calendar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Heart and Stroke Foundation BLS Level C- Health Care Provider. Master’s Degree in Nursing. Knowledge of change management and conflict resolution frame works. Proven record of strong interpersonal and communication skills. Participation in or leading quality improvement projects. Leadership development courses.
