Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree Post-secondary degree in a related field such as Information Technology or Business Analysis. 5-7 Years experience working in the following competencies: A comprehensive understanding of all aspects of testing and quality assurance in software implementation Skilled in Jira, Azure DevOps, or other test tracking software for the purpose of project implementation testing Proven ability to quickly come up to speed with requirements, experience working in testing capacity, in particular on software implementations Expert written and verbal English language skills, comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, interprofessional collaboration, problem solving, personal & professional accountability, time management, self-directed
Preferred Qualifications:Certificate in Business Analysis or PMI-PBA Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare organization of significant size/complexity Expert Skills in MS Office Suite including MS Project Equivalencies of education, experience and skills may be considered
