Undergraduate degree in a related health care discipline. Membership in good standing with appropriate professional organization (i.e. CRNA, ACP). Strong working knowledge of AHS. Must be able to maintain positive relationships as well be self-directed and effective in team environments as required. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential. Basic knowledge of systems principles, as well as theories and concepts of the healthcare business. Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible roles in clinical areas. Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in clinical roles in the provision of healthcare or a strong working knowledge and understanding of healthcare delivery. Has developed depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline. Experience in health services is desired. Proven experience in managing teams, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making, coaching and mentoring. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with highly complex internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:Strong communication and follow-up skills. Proven issues management skills and experience. Detail oriented and probes for information to fully understand clinical issues, able to understand micro and macro points of view to create collaborative solutions. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Self-motivate and self-directed, requires little supervision.
