Additional Required Qualifications:• 3-4 years working experience preferably in a healthcare or customer-focused setting. • Scheduling and Administrative support experience • Intermediate level MS Office experience • The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision is required • Excellent organizational, time management and customer service is required • Excellent working knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems and processes • Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings
Preferred Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of Excel required • Intermediate training or knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to: Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, Oracle, ESP and e-People is essential • Recent experience with meeting technology is required including but not limited to: MS Teams; Skype; Zoom, and Telehealth • Effective communication • Completion of ESP Advances, ESP Timekeeper, ePeople Recruitment Management system training
