Additional Required Qualifications:Administrative experience in a complex healthcare environment. Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite applications (includes using SharePoint and Visio) & Adobe Pro. Strong keyboarding skills with a minimum of 55 words per minute. Experience working with electronic charting systems, shared drives, and records management. Must be detail oriented and be able to perform repetitive computer work for an extended period. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and reassess priorities as needs arise. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to work both independently and actively contribute within a team. Ability to share concerns and frustrations in a professional manner and find solutions for improvement. Must be able to push, pull, lift (up to 30 pounds), reach above shoulder and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:Training and experience using Connect Care. Experience working in an administrative role within Continuing Care. Working knowledge of inventory and asset management practices.
