Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service environment or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with recent staff scheduling office experience and timekeeping experience. Computer keyboarding experience of 40 wpm is required and will be demonstrated through a skills test. High level of communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal skills, listening, interpretative skills, ability to anticipate needs of area are required. Demonstrated telephone skills are required. Must be proficient and experienced with email, Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be detail oriented, have a high-level critical thinking and have the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and pressures in a deadline-driven environment is required. Excellent analytical, organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skills are required. Must have superior conflict resolution skills. Must have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation-able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and pressures in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment is required. Must have sound decision-making skills and be able to exercise judgment, professionalism, diplomacy and secretion, particularly when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues. Experience with timekeeping and/or scheduling software is an asset.EPeople and ESP software experience is preferred. Post-Secondary education is an asset.
