Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
Do you have a passion for meeting new people and strong organizational skills? Patient and Family Centred Care Family Spaces at the Stollery Children's Hospital is looking for casual Administrative Support III. This role provides support and assistance to the Patient and Family Centred Care team, spaces and the patients and families who visit. This includes reception duties, inventory tracking, replenishing supplies, creating orders, data entry, and assisting with document creation, printing etc. as requested. As these spaces are also supported by volunteers, this role is responsible for providing support and direction to these volunteers based on the needs of the shift. This casual position primarily covers weekend hours, but some weekday relief shifts may be available as well.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
