In this role, you help clinicians and patients get the information they need to get a correct diagnosis, and restore, maintain, or optimize health. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) I, you will be responsible for the daily processing, testing, results analysis and reporting of diagnostic samples within the laboratory department. You will perform a variety of routine and specialized procedures in the processing of specimens used in diagnosis, treatment and research.

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills exhibiting APL values.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent chemistry laboratory experience (within the last 2-3 years) in a regional hospital sized testing facility or larger. Experience with Epic Beaker and BioRad Unity software. Knowledge and experience with the Roche Cobas Pros/Infinity middleware, Osmometry and Iris Urinalysis analyzer.
