Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience with EPIC and Wellsky LIS systems. Recent experience in a core laboratory setting working in chemistry, hematology, and transfusion medicine. Knowledge of analytical techniques and demonstration of excellent problem solving, decision making, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Work experience with Sysmex XN, ACL Top350, Roche Cobas Pro, Clinitek Advantus, Ortho Vision Swift, and other core laboratory equipment.
