Your Opportunity:
Raymond Laboratory/X-ray department is located in the Raymond Health Care Centre and serves the town as well as its surrounding area. Raymond Alberta is located 30 mins from Lethbridge Alberta and 1 hour from the Coutts, Montana border. The Raymond location is staffed with an experienced team of Laboratory and x-ray professionals and Medical Laboratory Assistants that offer strong patient focused service to their community.
Description:
As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent phlebotomy and rural experience are an asset.
