Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience using Connect Care/EPIC Laboratory Information System. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience using WellSky. Experience in the last 12 months as a Technical MLA in an Urban Rapid Response Lab setting. Experience in macroscopic and microscopic urinalysis. Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments and equipment. Experience in bone marrow collection. Experience in Transfusion Medicine.
