Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong collaboration skills. Strong team player with the ability to perform duties independently. Experience working as an MLA at DSC Urinalysis within the past 6 months is preferred. Experience within the last 6 months at a high-volume hub lab is preferred. Experience on the following instruments within the last 6 months is preferred: Beckman Coulter iRICELL, Siemens Clinitek, OC Sensor Diana, and Epic/Beaker LIS experience.
