Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 6-12 months’ work experience in an administrative support role in an organization of significant size and complexity. Applicants must have intermediate experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite programs. Successful applicants will have previous experiences in Anatomic Pathology or at least familiarity with Anatomic Pathology or specialty departments such as Molecular Pathology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Connect Care (Epic) LIS. Courses in anatomy, physiology, or other healthcare courses. Previous experience as a clerk and experience with accessioning and tracking pathology material. Knowledge of Medical Terminology. Knowledge of Millenium, Vantage systems. Experience in Iron Mountain processes. Personal leadership and change management courses. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
