Baccalaureate or master’s degree in a relevant regulated health related profession. Registration with the appropriate professional college in the Province of Alberta.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five years recent and relevant clinical and/or supervisory and/or leadership experience in the areas of addiction, concurrent disorders, mental health and mental illness. Experience in working in a management role and /or in the supervision of personnel with demonstrated supervisory/leadership skills and expertise. Demonstrated strong clinical knowledge and skills in the areas of addiction, mental health and mental illness, along with consistent efforts to maintain a high quality of client focused care and service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a manager in a mental health & addiction setting.
