Your Opportunity:
3 - 5 years ambulatory care in a tertiary center in Women's Health. 3 - 5 Years experience with inpatient Gynecology Oncology & L&D. Experience in Women's Heath Portfolio required. Previous experience in a leadership role preferred. Must have strong clinic nursing skills with experience in clinical practice, leadership, facilitation, coaching, people management, change management and quality improvement. Proven reliability and dependability. Demonstrated ability for strong interpersonal relationships, communication and conflict management. Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role (E.g. Charge nurse, Nurse Educator, Professional Practice Lead, etc.) and asset. CC experience in Ambulatory setting an asset.
