Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.
Additional Required Qualifications:At least 1 year recent experience in a Unit Clerk position in Labour & Delivery, Maternity Triage & Postpartum is required. Experience with Connect Care required Experience with MS Word and Excel required. Fluent in English and working knowledge of medical terminology is required. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize. Must be able to cope with frequent interruptions and work under pressure within a stressful, demanding and rapidly changing environment. Experience with Netcare is required
