Your Opportunity:
Come join the dynamic Calgary Rural Rehabilitation team! This temporary full-time opportunity will be based out of the Canmore General Hospital and will be focused on supporting Rehabilitation programming in the facility as well as in the community. Occasional travel to support home care clients is required. Reporting to the Rural Allied Health Manager (Adults), the Therapy Assistant will work with our existing rehabilitation team to provide integrated rehabilitation services across the continuum of health services. In addition to performing your clinical roles, you will be expected to foster effective relationships within the site and across our rehabilitation teams, and at times participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives within the Rural Calgary zone.

You will contribute to effective and efficient rehabilitation services including direct and indirect client care across the health care continuum (healthy living, getting better, living with illness and disability, end of life care) for all ages as well as non-client service provision. This role will require you to work effectively with internal and external partners, and display professionalism and strong ethics in both client centered care and participation in care teams.
