Completion of Grade 12.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum high school diploma Home Care Aide (HCA) certificate or equivalent preferred Excellent communication skills and collaborative skills required. Previous Personal Care Aide experience an asset. Related experience working with elderly or physically challenged individuals an asset. Computer skills in order to complete electronic charting is essential. Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) required.
