Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) program. Completion of an Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) certification or Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certification.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and able to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods. Effective communication is vital within the department. Ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of MDR experience. Experience with orthopedic, urology, gynecologic and obstetrics surgical instruments/procedures.
