Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience providing speech-language assessments and interventions with children and youth. Experience working with a multidisciplinary team, participating in holistic assessment and treatment planning. Experience working with children and youth with neurodevelopmental disorders required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to develop therapeutic relationships and navigate sensitive situations. Initiative and ability to work independently in a clinical setting. Ability to create effective internal and external partnerships. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in an environment of continuous change and learning. This position has been identified and is anticipated to transition to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Preferred Qualifications:Membership with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada preferred. Experience with Connect Care preferred. Experience working in a community mental health setting preferred.
