Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Skills & Competencies: Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and coaching abilities. Skilled in-service planning, quality improvement, and program evaluation. Excellent time management, prioritization, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to professional development. Current Practice Permit with ACSLPA. Minimum five (5) years of pediatric experience in a pediatric rehabilitation setting. Recent experience (within the last 2 years) in a pediatric rehabilitation setting. Proven track record of progressively taking on responsibility for staff development, including mentoring and coaching, and supporting the professional growth of others. Experienced/trained in Change Management frameworks and demonstrated ability to lead through change.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated progression in leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years of increasing responsibility in clinical or healthcare settings, including roles such as team lead.
