Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience supervising practicum students. Competency in appropriately applying Social Work approaches, theories, and AHS Core Clinical Activities in pediatric settings Demonstrated ability in leading teams, providing oversight, teaching, and the ability to facilitate practice growth in others Advanced experience navigating complex and sensitive issues across a range of settings while being aligned with SW ethics and standards. Extensive experience succeeding at collaborative practice and delivery of interdisciplinary care. High degree of professional integrity, resourcefulness, and independent judgement. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of operational leadership experience. 5+ years of relevant clinical experience. Competency in Connect Care usage and activity capture.
