Master's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Authorization by ACSW to perform psychosocial interventions. Minimum 2 years clinical experience providing advanced level mental health and risk assessment and treatment to an adolescent population. Training and experience providing trauma-informed care. Training and experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Experience completing comprehensive psychosocial assessments. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage changing priorities and work demands. Demonstrated ability and experience working collaboratively with other community services, stakeholders and partners. Ability to foster a participative and collaborative work environment, within a multi-disciplinary team. NVCI training.
Preferred Qualifications:Clinical experience providing mental health assessment and treatment with a forensic population. Training and experience with the RNR model for assessment and treatment. Training and experience providing Forensic CBT. Training and experience providing trauma focused care. Experience utilizing forensic risk assessment tools.
