Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Social Work. (equivalent education or experience may be considered). Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years clinical experience with 3 years in community focused practice setting. This is multisite position requiring a vehicle and ability to be at multiple locations throughout the day when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Seniors and Mental Health experience an asset. Gerontology certifications an asset. Continuing care experience an asset. Extensive knowledge of the patient population and leading practices related to Transition Services, community and government programs with in Calgary zone and Alberta. Team leadership skills including facilitation, coaching, mentorship and teaching.
