Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Social Work. (equivalent education or experience may be considered). Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

CPR level C. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel is required. Minimum of 3 years community based experience related to housing and housing supports for individuals with addiction and mental health concerns. Extensive knowledge of the patient population and leading practices applicable to a full spectrum of AMH housing. Team leadership skills, including demonstrated ability in coaching, mentorship and teaching. Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships and partnerships. Strong working knowledge of recovery based care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Effective communication and strong organizational skills, patient-family centered focus and commitment to providing safe, quality care. Demonstrated ability to support, foster and champion practice and service delivery change as needed. Knowledge of and ability to respond to diverse cultural needs of a wide variety of populations. You should be flexible, innovative, observant and enthusiastic, with good communication and self-management skills in an interdisciplinary team environment.
