Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently in diverse settings (homes, congregate living, facilities, hospital) professional judgment, initiative, and time management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of seniors’ benefit programs and relevant legislation: Guardianship and Trusteeship Act, Personal Directive Act, Enduring Power of Attorney Act.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Continuing Care settings. Familiarity with Connect Care. Palliative Care experience. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
