Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years working as a Registered Social Worker. Strong professional judgement, initiative and effective time management skills are necessary. The candidate will have proven communication skills to work cooperatively and effectively with the health care team members, patients and their families in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with diverse and medically complex populations; familiarity with SIPAT. Ability to manage complex situations and navigate community and healthcare systems. The ability to work with various computer programs is an asset.
