Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience working in crisis management. Work experience appropriately assessing and intervening in mental health. High level of skill in time management and prioritization. Expertise in conflict management and professional communication. Must be able to tolerate long periods of sitting, standing, as well as repetitive movements. Must be able to participate in hands on care of patients (i.e., transfers, bariatric clients, bending, Reaching, twisting, and walking distances). Must be able to lift and carry 10-15 kg regularly if needed.
