Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in community mental health required. A minimum of three (3) years child and adolescent mental health experience within the last five (5) years. Effective interpersonal and communication skills with ability to function in a high acuity, fast paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Training and experience in mental health risk assessments and intervention. Knowledge of treatment modalities/behavioral interventions for children. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of discipline specific skills and practices. Experience working with AHS and external community partners. Involvement in family teaching and knowledge of community programs related to Child & Adolescent Mental Health. Restricted activities of psychosocial intervention designation would be an asset.
