Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of professional Social Work experience. This position requires a high degree of independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, an ability to prioritize workload.
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Income Support programs at a community/provincial/federal level (AISH, Alberta Works, CPP, OAS, ASB) is preferred. Working knowledge of programs and systems including Office Suite, Meditech, Connect Care, Netcare, etc. Knowledge of relevant legislative Acts and experience with guardianship, trusteeship, personal directives and capacity assessment processes is an asset.
