Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to be informed by and work within applicable Alberta Legislations; Mental health Act (MHA), Alberta Guardianship and Trusteeship Act (AGTA), Personal Directives Act (PDA), Health Professions Act and Health Information Act. Demonstrated excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a psychiatric environment required. 3-5 years of practice experience with at least 2 years in Mental Health.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working within complex care and strong system advocacy skills.
