Completion of an accredited health professions education program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, and resident-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Effective leadership abilities including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Proven ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s level education in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, Leadership, and/or Business. Three (3) to Five (5) years of management experience. Understanding of Continuing Care Health Service Standards for Long Term Care.
