Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, IT, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong political acumen. Ability to analyze and manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocations. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is advantageous.

Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification. Knowledge of clinical trials is preferred.
