Required Qualifications:

A Baccalaureate degree is required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Masters degree preferred in a health-related area and/or business or other equivalent preparation. A combination of related experience and education may be considered. 5 years of project management experience in a complex healthcare environment or equivalent. Past experience in leading a complex project (lead PM and/or sponsor and/or key stakeholder roles).


Preferred Qualifications:

Formal training in project and/or change management methodologies an asset (ex: Project Management Professional PMP designation, PROSCI, Lean 6 Sigma, Alberta Improvement Way etc.) Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Well-developed critical thinking skills. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing environments or expectations. Self-directed and able to problem solve.
